Jim Deyermond is a retired state law enforcement officer and comes from a family of law enforcement and military service members.

As nationally certified firearms instructor and personal protection specialist, he has trained with several U.S. and military and law enforcement agencies.
Upon moving to Maine, he became active in local republican committees and recently served as Chair of the York County Maine Republican Committee.
Jim still serves as a member of the Sanford Maine Regional Airport Advisory Committee.
Jim lives in Springvale with his wife Patricia.

I grew up in Auburn and graduated from Edward Little High School. I went to UCONN for 3 years before returning to Maine after meeting my husband, Lee. We have been married 29 years and have two college age children who are proud Republicans.
We own a diversified farm in Knox where we produce certified organic and kosher maple products, square and round bale hay, and along with Lee’s parents a premium compost product.

I served in the Maine House in district 99 (Brooks, Burnham, Freedom, Jackson, Knox (my hometown where cows outnumber people), Monroe, Thorndike, Troy, & Unity) from 2014-2022. I served six years on the Agriculture, Conservation, and Forestry (ACF)committee, two on the State and Local Government (SLG) committee, and two on the Veterans and Legal Affairs (VLA) committee, serving as the lead Republican on both the ACF and VLA committees.
I have served as chair of the Waldo County Republican Committee and as state committeewoman.
Other organizations I work with include being a member of the Maine Farm Bureau for 30 years currently serving as a State Director for Waldo County after a hiatus during my time in the legislature, treasurer of the Maine Appaloosa Horse Club, Maine Maple Producers Association, and an active member of St Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Belfast as a sacristan, extra ordinary minister, and cantor.

A conservative Republican, David was elected Chair of Washington County Republican Committee in 2022. Under his leadership, Washington County has grown the town committees from 27 to 37 of 45 total towns.
David was elected to National Committeeman for Maine GOP in April 2024.

Tiffany Dilda-Gaspar was elected in early 2024 and is a new face to the leadership team here at MEGOP. Ms. Dilda-Gaspar comes from a strong financial background, starting with her education at University of Maine with a Bachelors in Accounting, and is almost done completing her Master's Degree.

Ms. Dilda-Gaspar owns a consulting group offering a vast amount of services including large/small businesses, estates, and political campaigns. In addition to her consulting group, she also owns a successful bar catering company.
In Ms.Dilda-Gaspar's spare time, she is often found either at camp or on the sports courts with her kids, either coaching or watching her 3 daughters play, or volunteering her time as Treasurer on many different political committees and clubs and other non-profit organizations statewide and where she resides in Ellsworth. Lauren is a licensed Maine attorney, political strategist and serves as our National Committeewoman. She has spent the last 15 years working tirelessly in Republican politics to help candidates across the state get elected to hold various offices across the State of Maine

A lifelong Mainer, Lauren grew up in Waterville. After attending Florida State University, Lauren began her career in politics by working for her father, former Governor Paul LePage, on his 2010 gubernatorial election and throughout his administration. Shortly after his successful re-election campaign, Lauren went on to earn a law degree from the University of Maine School of Law and became a member of the Maine Bar in 2017. Lauren continued to play an active role in Maine politics before opening her own consulting firm in 2022.
Lauren currently lives in Springvale with her husband Matt, and their two dogs Bailey and Bullet. She also serves on the Board of the Sanford Mainers and the Sanford Housing Authority.
