She Leads is a Maine Republican Party Initiative run by a steering committee of women from across the state.

Our vision is to identify, train and support Republican women to be political leaders at a local, state or national level. Women have so much to offer as leaders because they often lead where they are at: home, work and community. SheLeads in so many ways and it is our mission to help her lead in elected office as well.
