Maine GOP Chairman calls out Democrats for ignoring Graham Platner’s heinous choice of tattoo
AUGUSTA – U.S. Senate Democrat Primary Candidate Graham Platner had a tattoo of the SS Death’s head “Totenkopf” for several years, yet Democrats still choose to support him.

“2026 is the 80th anniversary of the end of the Nuremburg War Crimes Trial. The fact that Democrats in Maine and their fellow fundraisers in California and New York are still supporting the candidate who chose to have a NAZI, SS Death Head tattoo carved in inked onto his body is mind-boggling.
Surely there must be one Democrat office holder in Maine who will come forward and condemn this man and his tattoo of hate?
How sick is it that he is backed and mentored by Bernie Sanders and the Maine Democratic Socialists Party?
It’s quite evident that Democrats are willing to ignore even the most heinous actions of their candidates as they struggle for a return to power. The SS was a criminal organization that implemented the extermination of over 6 million Jews but not before many were tattooed with an identifying number.
