WATCH: Portland Mayor Ethan Strimling gets called out by a staffer for his “Bring them on” comments to the media about bringing more illegal immigrants to the city as the city staff struggle to keep up and the program goes over budget.

This exchange happened just after the Mayor was told a city in Texas was buying bus tickets to send more people to Portland, Maine for the city’s generous welfare benefits.
