Urgent Reminder
We are asking pro-life Mainers to come to Augusta to lobby against tax-funded abortions (LD 820). There are legislators who need to hear from their constituents personally to stop this legislation. Action Alert: should nurses be allowed to perform abortions?
Gov. Mills and the abortion industry want to make it legal to allow medical personnel other than doctors to perform abortions. The public hearing for this bill (LD 1261) is before the Health Coverage, Insurance, and Financial Services (HCIFS) Committee on Wednesday, May 1st at 10 am. If you cannot attend in person, please click here to offer testimony to the committee. We are looking especially for medical professionals to object.
